illegals paying back taxes is never going to happen.....

can anyone even imagine the 11 million mounds of paperwork involved, and having to try to determine what's real, and what's fraudulent, all the time knowing that there will be fraud out the gazoo ... this was a completely ridiculous thing to even suggest in the first place ... leave it to the idiots in the Gang of Eight to propose something as utterly stupid as this

Even now, there are 8 million illegals using false, or stolen, Social Security cards, to work at, on-the-books, non-ag, American jobs.. They are adept at using fraudulent documents.

Besides if they did file taxes in past years, it was likely only to obtain part of the $4.3 billion dollars stolen by illegals filing fraudulent tax returns, to claim EITC, and Child TAX CREDITS.

Illegal immigrants pay coyotes, $3,000, or more, to cross the border. Now, the Gang of 8 wants illegal immigrants to only pay a paltry $1,000 fine to receive United States Citizenship. What's up with that?

If we are going to prostitute our country's citizenship, why are we selling it so cheaply?

The politicians of both parties are to blame for the mess we, the people, find ourselves in. Illegal immigrants have been invading our country ever since the Reagan Amnesty, in enormous numbers, while our politicians, from both parties, took a blind-eye attitude.

As an example, in FY2000, 1,676,438 illegal immigrants were apprehended crossing our border, at a time when, without the new fence.and less than half the agents we have now, Border Patrol agents were apprehending illegal immigrants, at a rate of about 1, out of 6. Illegal immigrants would come and go, almost at will.

In FY2006, 1,089,902 illegal immigrants were apprehended, with the help of an additional 2,500 Border Patrol agents.

Early in FY2007, the Border Patrol implemented Operation Streamline - - a program that brings low-level criminal charges against some of the illegal immigrants caught crossing parts of the U.S.-Mexico border. Gradually with the phase-in across five problematic BP Sectors, as well as adding an additional 2,500 Border Patrol agents, illegal immigration subsided.

With the onslaught of the recession in 2008, coupled with the beginning of the building out of 351 miles of varying types of pedestrian fence; exception 36.3 miles of double, triple-layered fence at key points (i.e. San Luis, AZ, and Smugglers Gulch, CA) and 300 miles of vehicle barriers, as well as another 2,500 border Patrol agents, illegal immigration plummeted.

The bad news about illegal immigration ... it's on the rise again

    Border Patrol Apprehensions (Source: DHS/CBP)
    FY2011 340,252
    FY2012 364,768 +7.2%
    FY2013 projected 415,678 +14.0%

The Border Patrol now apprehends an estimated 1, out of every 3, illegal immigrant border crossers.

Now we, the people, find our country bloated by millions of illegal immigrants, while our politicians lack the cojones to achieve the made-much-more-difficult job of simply enforcing our existing laws. For the politicians, not for, we, the people, it is much easier to just roll over, with the hope of votes, and capitulate by granting citizenship to millions of illegal immigrants; illegal immigrants who broke our laws when they first crossed our border, and continue to break our laws today.

Illegal immigrants are almost entirely the poor and uneducated, that come here to take any, and all, jobs available to them.

As long as there are jobs, and entitlements, available to them, despite the addition of Border Patrol agents, illegal immigrants will find a way into our United States. The flow of poor and uneducated illegal immigrants will continue unabated, changed only by periods of slowed economy, and additional border legislation.

Critics say the government often is too fixated on high-technology solutions. C. Stewart Verdery Jr., a former Homeland Security official who now runs a lobbying firm, said federal officials should instead focus their limited resources on making it harder for illegal immigrants to work in the United States, an approach that would serve as an effective deterrent.

“Where are you going to get the biggest bang for the buck?” Mr. Verdery said. “Enforcement of the workplace is probably the best area to invest more dollars.”

Simply put, E-Verify is, by far, the single most-effective tool we, the people have, to prevent illegal immigration.

E-VERIFY NOW!! Full Name? Birthdate? Social Security Number?
It doesn't get any easier than that.

A mandatory, and ENFORCED, E-Verify, ENFORCED NOW, would immediately provide jobs for millions of Americans, and END illegal immigration.

    FLASHBACK
    Marco Rubio, 2009

“I am strongly against amnesty. The most important thing we need to do is enforce our existing laws. We have existing immigration laws that are not being adequately enforced. Nothing will make it harder to enforce the existing laws, if you reward people who broke them. It demoralizes people who are going through the legal process, its a very clear signal of why go through the legal process, if you can accomplish the same thing if you go through the illegal process. And number two, if demoralizes the people enforcing the laws. I am not, and I will never support any effort to grant blanket legalization/amnesty to folks who have entered, stayed in this country illegally.”
    _________________________________________

I believe the key to stopping illegal immigration is at the workplace ... as long as there are jobs and entitlements available, illegals will find a way into our United States, despite any futile attempts to seal the border. The best solution would be to E-Verify all employees, beginning with new hires, and then, over a prescribed amount of time, perhaps five years, graduating to ALL employees, so as not to cause a sudden disruption of the work force. Chasing millions of illegal immigrants through the desert, over the past 27 years, has to be classified as COMPLETE AND TOTAL INSANITY. Address the problem at the source ... jobs, and entitlements, available to illegals.

That's also why I feel the best way to combat illegal immigrants, and their advocates, is to attack their weakness, that being illegal immigrant jobs. It wouldn't take many patriotic Americans to begin to disrupt their jobs.. Pick a nationally franchised chain, perhaps Burger King, and begin protesting them for their failure to E-Verify ... here, my local Burger King, is in the Home Depot parking lot, which, with 100's of illegal day laborers gathered there every day, picketing Burger King for failure to use E-Verify, along with promoting a boycott, would throw a monkey-wrench into illegal immigrant day laborers modus operandi, and begin to draw media attention. ...and again, this would only require a small number of patriotic Americans, and very minimal expense, as compared to a DC March, or getting the attention of Congress , ... perhaps provide a job, or two, for American teenagers in the process ...... when it comes to fighting government, or illegal invaders, visibility and passion count a whole lot more than petitions, phone calls, emails, and faxes.

The reason we have an illegal immigration problem is because the illegal immigrants couldn't find an easier way to escape bare existence, or whatever it might be that they are escaping from, to gain wealth, then to violate our United States laws against illegal immigration. It's there for the taking.

Once illegal immigrants overcome the challenge of crossing the border, and near proximity, their major worries are essentially over. it doesn't take them long, to get on the gravy train, as sadly our existing immigration laws in the interior of our country, as long as the illegal immigrants stay out of very serious trouble, are basically unenforced. Couple them with a false, or stolen SS number, and they begin sending for their relatives. You can't ask for any more than that.

So, instead of just one member of a family coming, within a decade they have any number of family, and relatives, here, and it continues ad infinitum; this has been going on since, and even before, the 1986 Reagan Amnesty. Deporting them becomes a real issue, but it's not at all impossible.

Illegal immigrants are almost entirely poor and uneducated, and they will take any, and all, jobs available to them.

As long as there are jobs, and social entitlements, available to illegal immigrants, they will find a way into our United States. The flow of poor and uneducated illegal immigrants will continue unabated, modulated only by periods of slowed economy, and additional border legislation.

the job of stopping illegal immigration, as well as the Illegal Immigration Reform Bill, rightfully lies with, we, the people.

lest we forget ... we are a government of the people, by the people, and for the people.

we must understand, and accept, that there are likely, as many Democrats, as Republicans, against the Immigration Reform Bill; then we must stop alienating anyone who doesn't agree with each of us on all issues .. the issue is illegal immigration, and only illegal immigration

one issue at a time ... each issue in its time ... first things, first

    first, Let's Work Together http://bit.ly/172yLrr

to end Illegal Immigration, once, and for all http://bit.ly/GFxhUJ

    as, we, the people

to be an American is to protect America

it begins here, it begins now, it begins with each of us

Do we, the people, really want 30 million poverty-level illegal immigrants to become legalized?

CBO: S.744, the Illegal Immigration reform Bill, allows 30 million immigrants in 10 years, and 46 million immigrants by 2033

    U.S. Population 2033 400 million http://bit.ly/hZYsN6

Poverty level illegal immigrants, once legalized, may pay Payroll taxes but will not pay income taxes (increasing the 47% who currently pay no income taxes)

Poverty level illegal immigrants, legalized, will be eligible for EITC, allowing for a refund of up to $5,666, as well as additional Child tax credits, when filing their income tax return. Illegal immigrants have already been filing fraudulent tax returns using ITIN's, to steal $2.3 billion per year from American tax payers.

relative to Social Security, and Medicare/Medicaid, low-income persons, pay the least amount IN, and draw the highest percentage OUT.
12 million low-income legalized illegal immigrants, added to the Social Security and Medicare/Medicaid System, will make out like bandits ...

The failure of our government to enforce our existing federal laws against illegal immigration is not a reason to grant Amnesty to 12 million illegals.

we, the people, stand united against amnesty, protected legal status, or whatever else they choose to call it ... this isn't about political party, this isn't about votes, and above all this isn't about race, nationality, ethnicity, color, or religion ... this is about protecting America, our sovereign nation, against an invasion by 10's of millions of illegal immigrants. Illegal immigrants who broke our laws when they crossed our border; or overstayed their visas. Then came document fraud, identity theft, and illegal employment. We are a nation of laws; we, the people, do not reward those who wantonly break our laws. We, the people, want our existing federal laws against illegal immigration enforced ... nothing more, nothing less ... it's as simple as that ... it really is..... Enforce the rule of law ...

    NO AMNESTY,
    NO PROTECTED LEGAL STATUS,
    NO REGISTERED PROVISIONAL IMMIGRANT #NoAmnesty

we, the people, should not be waiting to see how the House responds, or have expectations of the House outcome. it's way past time for the people to begin protesting this overreach of government in their attempt to grant Amnesty to illegal immigrants. We, the people, must stop preaching to the choir, and take it directly to the people ... anyone else game ... anyone want to strategize? http://bit.ly/GFxhUJ

The small significant detail hidden in the immigration bill
    http://tv.msnbc.com/2013/06/25/compr...ficant-detail/

    THIS IS A TOTAL LIE

in ”2007, the Social Security trust fund had received a net benefit of somewhere between $120 billion and $240 billion from unauthorized immigrants.”

    DO THE MATH

even using the lower number, $120 billion (6.2% of illegals income)

CBO: in 2007, a total of $870 billion, was received as Social Insurance (SS+ Medicare) by the U.S. Treasury

half is paid directly by all employers = $435 billion

half is paid by all employees - $435 billion

the $435 billion paid by employees includes both the Social Security 6.2% payment, and Medicare $1.45% (7.65%)

the 6.2% Social Security payment, of 7.65%, is 81%

    81% X $435 billion = $352.35 billion

meaning that a total of $352.35 billion was paid into Social Security by all employees in our United States.

$120 billion of $352.35 billion is 34% of the total

MEANING that 34% of all the money paid by employees, into SS, would have been made by illegal immigrant employees

WHICH IS COMPLETE, AND TOTAL BS.

not even considering that illegal immigrants are paid minimum wages

and that most of the money paid into Social Security is paid by higher income employees

2007 wage cap, on the 6.2% Social Security, was $97,500

    illegal immigrants don't earn $97,500
